One to two tropical storms to hit Vietnam by the end of this year

The East Sea and Vietnam have seen fewer tropical storms this year due to the impact of the El Nino. The country has been hit by five tropical storms so far this year including two recorded in October, the centre said.
In November, more cold spells may arrive in the northern region but this year's winter is forecast to be warmer than previous years with average temperatures of between 1-2 degrees higher than those of previous winters.
