Head of the Performing Arts Department Nguyen Dang Chuong said they had given permit to Dang Pham Phuong Chi on September 12 to participate in the Miss Tourism Queen International 2016 in China.
Chi will be represented by Elite Vietnam Agency.
Dang Pham Phuong Chi
Dang Pham Phuong Chi, born in 1994, is a student at Hanoi's Academy of Journalism and Communication. At 171cm tall and measurements of 84-62-90, she was crowned as Miss Jewellery 2015.
In order to prepare for the coming contest, designer Vo Viet Chung will help her create a traditional dress.
The Miss Tourism Queen International 2016 will be held in Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, China from September 12 to 28.
