The contest, which will run until July 10, is part of the largest-scale yoga programme ever organised by Dantri/DTiNews.
The organisers will award one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and four consolation prizes, with a total prize value of up to VND40 million.

To have the best photos for the contest, it is necessary to choose a location which has adequate lighting. Besides, contestants should also take an impressive pose that is suitable with the surroundings.

And don't forget to send your stories and memorable experiences with yoga so that they can be shared with other people. Those stories can positively inspire the community to take yoga.

After having the best yoga photos, contestants should post them on their Facebook accounts, Facebook groups in public mode, together with their status and hashtag: #ForeverfinewithYoga, #KhoedepcungYoga, #Dantri, #tcihospital.
Contestants then send their links to email f5yoga@dantri.com.vn with Subject "Yoga photo contest" and content with contestants' full names, phone numbers and the links.

In addition to the enthusiastic response to the photo contest, many readers also expect to join in the Yoga festival at My Dinh National Stadium at No. 1 Le Duc Tho Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi at 5:30 am on August 12 to participate in the Vietnamese record performance.
