Ninh Thuan Grape Festival 2019 promises various activities
The Ninh Thuan Grape Festival which will be held from April 26 to May 2 is expected to attract hundreds of visitors and promote the culture and viniculture of Ninh Thuan Province.

Tourists can visit the vineyards
The opening night will be held at the April 16 Square. Various activities will be held at different locations such as Binh Son-Ninh Chu Park, Po Klong Garai Tower and My Nghiep traditional village. There are five major events in the economy, culture, sports and tourism sectors.
On the opening night, Ninh Thuan will also start the Industry and Trade Fair with 300 kiosks opened by traders from Ninh Thuan and other provinces. Sports activities on Binh Son-Ninh Chu is one of the highlights of the festival with basket boat competition and beach soccer. The car race on the beach, sponsored by Mui Dinh Ecopark Company, is promised to be an unforgettable event.
Ninh Thuan Grape Festival in 2016
The festival was first held in 2004 in order to boost local tourism and grapes and spirits in Ninh Thuan, turning tourism into the province's spearhead sector. The provincial authorities have committed to issue preferential policies and support to firms.
Crystal Bay Group which owns over 30 member companies has become the province's strategic partner with various projects. In early April, Crystal Bay will start building its first hotel complex in Ninh Thuan with 3,300 rooms. Other projects include Bai Coc tourism site and Mui Dinh Ecopark resort.
The province has the most vineyards in Vietnam with 2,400 hectares of grapes. Visitors can go to the vineyards to buy and taste the grapes directly.
