The 3D light shows were held from 7 to 9 pm during January 27 to February 5 at Cau Pagoda. Visitors can understand more about Hoi An during a 10-minute light show that depicts the daily activities including trading and cultural events from the past.
The festival is sponsored by various businesses. Lanterns and other kinds of lighting will decorate the whole town.
The sculptures of dragons, phoenix and other sacred animals were illuminated at Kazik Park under various lanterns. Scenery of Hoi An Town, Quang Nam Province and other famous landscapes of Vietnam will be shown on the wall of a house on 31 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street. The interactive floor at the junction of Le Loi-Nguyen Thai Hoc is expected to be one of the festival's highlights.
The festival is the first of many other coming festivals and events will be held in the town in 2017 including Quang Nam Heritage Festival and Hoi An International Food Festival.
