Danang sparkled with all sorts of colours on the opening night of international firework contest along Han River on April 29.
British Jubilee Fireworks Team opened the show, wowing spectators with their multi-chromatic display.
The colourful lights bursting in the sky were reflected in the river, making for a dazzling sight.
It was followed by the display of the Hanwha team from South Korea with the theme “Han River and Challenges”.
The musical arrangements which accompanied the South Korean team added to the spectacular fireworks.
Vietnamese team closed the first day of the competition with a display themed “Sparkling Han River”, which used themes that brought the crowd feelings of national pride.
Tonight (April 30), Panda Fireworks, from China, and Parente Fireworks, from Italy, will wrap up the competition.
