Investors must demonstrate financial strength and management experience, commit to the approved land use, place a 10 percent deposit, and execute the project as agreed.
Approved by Son Tra District authorities, the new market will be located near tourist attractions, about 200 metres from the current Son Tra Night Market. It is planned to feature 250 stalls across 1,500 square metres, with the remaining space allocated for walkways, goods storage, and support facilities.
The new Son Tra Night Market will feature food, crafts, souvenirs, local specialities, fashion, footwear, bags, and foot massage services. It will operate daily from 5.30 pm to midnight.
The existing Son Tra Night Market has been in operation since September 2018. It was suspended after the completion of its initial pilot phase.
