
Dak Lak Province, with its 200,000 hectares of coffee plantations, contributes 35 percent to the total coffee-growing area of the Central Highlands region.


During this time of the year, blooming coffee flowers are a common sight across Dak Lak, marking the season for producing coffee flower honey.

The climate variations across different areas influence the blooming period of coffee flowers, resulting in two flowering phases. Each phase lasts from one week to 10 days, stretching from February to the end of April.
