Tam Dao, a mountain range straddling Vinh Phuc and Thai Nguyen provinces, is renowned for its cool climate, waterfalls, and streams, making it a popular tourist destination. However, the winding and steep roads leading up to Tam Dao pose significant risks for drivers, particularly on sharp descents.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
