The northern province of Thai Nguyen is going to build a 100-hectare commercial service complex with a horse race course and 13 golf courses, according to the provincial planning for 2021-2030 period which has just been approved by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
Thai Nguyen will be developed into an economic centre through the application of smart technologies in the Northern Midland and Mountainous region by 2025.
By 2030, Thai Nguyen will become a centre for smart-device production, education, healthcare, and tourism in the region.
In the approved plan, Thai Nguyen will build a USD350 million 100-hectare Nui Van Nui Vo Commercial Service Complex with a horse racetrack.
The province will also build 13 golf courses in Thai Nguyen, Pho Yen, and Song Cong cities and Dai Tu, Phu Binh, and Dong Hy districts.
Projects with areas of between 100-130 hectares that local authorities will give priority and call for investment first include Ghenh Che Lake Ecological Site, and Quan Chu, Tan Thai, Van Pha, and Suoi Lanh golf courses.
