The rocks are mostly found at the section running through Ha Tien Commune in Ha Trung District.

According to local residents, these rocks are the result of splitting Gieng Mountain to build the overpass.

Although the construction unit removed unsafe rocks and installed a net to catch falling rocks, many rocks still remain precariously perched. The risk of landslides gets higher when there is heavy rain.

Every day, the overpass sees a large number of passers-by, including students and workers. People have reported the problem to local authorities many times, but nothing has been done.
