Floods triggered by heavy rains isolate some localities in Quang Binh Province on September 25.

According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at around 6 am on Tuesday, the tropical depression would move in the west-northwest direction at a speed of 10-15 km/h to the coastal area from Danang to Quang Ngai.

By early September 27, the tropical depression would weaken and move to the south of Laos.

From September 25, the coastal area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai provinces would see torrential rain, including the islands of Con Co, Ly Son and Cu Lao Cham with violent winds.

At least 60 houses are damaged by violent whirlwinds in Quang Tri Province on September 25.

Meanwhile, between September 25-29, the southern and Central Highlands regions would also face heavy rain with the highest rainfall of 200mm.
