The Evolution DC VN HCMC Data Centre project is being funded by a consortium of three Singapore-based investors with a total investment of more than USD 508 million.
The facility is designed as a large-scale data centre with an information technology load capacity of 52 megawatts. It will meet Uptime Tier III+ technical standards and is being developed with the goal of achieving Tier IV certification.
According to project details, the data centre is intended to strengthen data storage and processing capabilities for cloud computing services, support the development of Exabyte-scale storage infrastructure and accelerate digital transformation for businesses in Vietnam and across the region.
The project is also expected to serve as a critical foundation for the digital economy and artificial intelligence industries by providing the underlying infrastructure required for advanced digital services and data-intensive technologies.
