Roughly 350 booths will be displayed at the VITM, with the hope to draw 20,000-30,000 visitors.
According to Dao Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director of the Can Tho Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, VITM would help to promote tourism products in the Mekong Delta region. This is also a chance for companies to seek cooperation opportunities.
VITM was held for the first time in 2019 with 340 stalls, serving 50,000 visitors. Many travel companies, including those from six countries, participated in the event.
