The Aria Danang Hotel and Resort project in Ngu Hanh Son District's Hoa Hai Ward covers 7.5 hectares and includes two 30-storey apartment towers, two 9-storey hotels, 28 beachfront villas, and a shared basement connecting the two apartment towers.
The project invested in by Hanoi Non Nuoc Tourism and Investment JS Company started in 2019 and is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
Many of the project's facilities have been built, including beachfront villas, entertainment services, and tourism amenities. However, many facilities have severely deteriorated after being abandoned for a long time.
The unfinished villas are covered in moss, with stagnant water puddles accumulating inside.
A representative from the local authorities stated that the project has faced significant delays and showed no signs of resuming operations. "We have not received any updates on when the project will restart," he noted.
