According to the Vietnam Professional Football Company (VPF), the March 14 clash between Quang Ninh Coal and Ho Chi Minh City at Cam Pha Stadium (Quang Ninh) will be played behind closed doors, while the remaining games will be allowed to host a limited number of fans.

Specifically, SHB Da Nang vs Hong Linh Ha Tinh at Hoa Xuan Stadium (Da Nang) on March 13 will see around 300 members from the two teams’ fan clubs and a maximum of 2,000 spectators admitted.

Around 5,000 tickets for Stand A and B have been approved for the match between Hai Phong FC and Hanoi FC at Lach Tray Stadium (Hai Phong) on the same day. Stand C is open to the away team only with no more than 200 Hanoi fans allowed tickets.

Meanwhile, Pleiku Stadium (Gia Lai) is permitted to welcome a maximum of 6,000 spectators as it hosts the Hoang Anh Gia Lai vs Topenland Binh Dinh clash this Sunday (Mar 14).

A quota of 2,000 fans has been granted to Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi) when leaders Viettel FC take on second-placed Becamex Binh Duong on the same day. The much-anticipated clash promises excitement and thrills as reigning champions Viettel have gone two games with only a single point (one loss, one draw), while Becamex Binh Duong are showing a stable run of form with two consecutive wins.

Earlier, the VPF issued detailed instructions regarding the organisation of matches and the principles that need to be observed to ensure safety for both tournament participants and fans amidst the context of the pandemic.
