A delegation of Vietnam’s inter-ministerial officials visited the USS George Washington aircraft carrier which is floating in waters offshore the central city of Da Nang on August 8.
The visit was made at the invitation of the US Embassy in Vietnam as part of activities to mark the 15 th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic ties.
The delegation had an exchange with the crew members to boost bilateral ties and mutual understanding.
