The northern region to face a new rainy spell
This evening, rain would happen in northeastern localities and the northern central province of Thanh Hoa first with a rainfall of between 15-50 mm. From tomorrow, September 21, the rainy weather will expand to the whole northern region and also affect some central localities, bringing about violent winds and thunderstorms.
Lowland and mountainous areas have been warned about potential landslides and flooding during rain.
The rainy spell would last until September 24.
Localities from Danang to Binh Thuan, the Central Highlands and the southern region would also face rain in some days to come.
