The 30 per cent refund fee will apply to even-numbered trains operating from January 29 to February 8, 2027, and odd-numbered trains from February 9 to 17.
During the peak period, individual passengers must return tickets for a refund at least 24 hours before departure, while group tickets must be returned at least 48 hours in advance.
Outside the peak period, refund fees will range from 10 per cent to 20 per cent, depending on when tickets are returned. No refunds will be available less than four hours before departure.
Individual passengers who change their tickets at least 24 hours before departure will be charged a 5 per cent fee, while group tickets cannot be changed.
Passengers may buy no more than 10 tickets per direction in each transaction, whether online or at ticket counters.
