
The price regulator cut E5 RON 92 by VND 200 per litre and RON 95 by VND 350 per litre. After the adjustment, retail prices stood at VND 18,230 (about USD 0.73) per litre for E5 RON 92, and VND 18,560 (about USD 0.74) per litre for RON 95.
Diesel prices fell by VND 190 per litre to VND 17,060 (roughly USD 0.68), while kerosene dropped by VND 140 per litre to VND 17,550 (about USD 0.70). Mazut increased by VND 60 per kg to VND 13,400 (about USD 0.54) per kg.
Authorities again made no contributions to or withdrawals from the price stabilisation fund.
With the latest cut, domestic petrol prices have now fallen in five consecutive pricing periods. Over the course of 2025, RON 95 prices rose 27 times and fell 27 times, while diesel recorded 24 increases, 27 decreases and two periods of no change.
