Most bone-chilling cold spells would focus in January and early February, with the time around Tet Holiday seeing cold weather.

Northern localities are currently experiencing light cold weather at night and early morning with low temperatures of 14-17 degrees centigrade. Some high mountainous areas have temperatures below 13 degrees centigrade.

The cold weather would intensify in the north in the last two weeks of November.
