According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorology Forecasting, rains will start in the northwest area with average rainfall of between 60-120mm per day.
The rainy weather will then expand to the northeast and northern central provinces in the afternoon and evening with average rainfall of between 30-70mm per day.
The rain will help ease the temperatures in the area to between 30-32 degrees Celsius on Friday and down further in the days to come.
The rainy weather is forecasted to continue to July 30.
The central highlands and southern regions will also continue to see heavy rains and thunderstorms until the weekend with estimated rainfall of between 50-100mm per day.
