The project, covering about 171 hectares, will feature a 36-hole international standard golf complex combined with sports, entertainment and tourism services.
Construction is scheduled from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2029, with an operating term of 50 years.
Gia Lai authorities required the investor to work closely with concerned agencies to ensure security, protect cultural heritage and the environment, and complete compensation and site clearance without disputes.
The investor must comply with all regulations and ensure sufficient capital to complete the project on schedule.
Officials say the project is expected to boost local growth, attract investment, improve infrastructure in the western area and create jobs.
The project was initially launched in late 2021 but was only partially implemented before stalling and remaining suspended until now.
