Vietnam Airlines (VNA) on May 15 launched the Hanoi–Vinh air route, with 5 flights a week, facilitating the travel of people between the capital city and the central province of Nghe An.
The flights are provided on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
VNA said it will, in June, open 2 more flights for the new route, and do the same to the Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh route.
The carrier is applying a preferential price of VND 300,000 for a one-way ticket.
The central city of Vinh is also linked with Ho Chi Minh City, the biggest economic hub of Vietnam, with a similar direct air route.
