Le Anh Xuan, 42, has been accused of violating fire safety regulations, leading to the deadly fire. The local police have decided to arrest him and prosecute the case.

On Friday evening, police conducted a search at his two houses in HCM City.
The fire occurred at An Phu karaoke parlour at around 8:30 pm on September 6, leaving 32 dead and many others injured. All bodies which were found on the third floor have been handed over to their family for holding funerals.
According to the police, the fire was caused by a short circuit in the ceiling of the second floor.
