The project will stretch on hills in the two wards of Ha Khau and Viet Hung located in the west of Ha Long.

Ha Long authorities have asked the investor to ensure sufficient green space and to guarantee that the environment will not suffer when implementing the project.
The investor proposed two plans for the construction of Ha Long Forest Park. The first one will be divided into three areas ecological tourism, geological tourism and landscapes. The second will focus on eco-tourism, adventure tourism and community health care services.
The investor has also been urged to ensure the right plants are selected so they thrive in the artificial forest and that the project is sufficiently well-thought-out in terms of cultural offerings.
