Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and a winning team from the qualifying round are pooled in group B.
Five teams including Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Timor Leste and Brunei will compete in the qualifying round in Vientiane, Laos from October 8-9.
The teams face off in a round-robin format to select the two best teams who advance to the final round of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2014.
The final round is set to take place in Singapore and Vietnam from November 20 to December 20.
