The event will provide a chance for visitors to savor festive treats whilst exploring a range of unique gifts, creative activities, and meaningful experiences for the whole family to enjoy.
With 40 booths run by Vietnamese alumni who studied in EU countries, as well as a number of locally-based community organisations and businesses, visitors will have the opportunity to experience traditional European foods and drinks. They will also be able to participate in numerous workshops, games, and activities, as well as immerse themselves in European cultural atmospheres.
The EAN Christmas market will feature a range of vibrant booths which capture the culture and charm of EU countries. Visitors will therefore have a chance to discover food and beverage booths such as craft beer, cinnamon rolls, paparoti, hot cocoa, milk tea with egg cream, and a variety of fruity teas.
Originally launched by the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, the EU Alumni Network represent an initiative which aims to create a high-quality platform, engaging with individual alumni from different education or exchange programmes put on by the EU and the Member States of the EU.
The ultimate objective of the network is to foster interactions, dialogues, and partnerships through activities which will contribute to serve to promote mutual understanding around EU principles, values, and policies, therefore further facilitating potential for co-operation in the future between the bloc and Vietnam.
