The incident occurred at a company located in the WHA Industrial Park, Nghi Loc District.

The workers had the meal with consisting of sea fish, melon, and meat. About an hour later, they exhibited symptoms resembling food poisoning and were rushed to hospitals for emergency treatment.
According to a representative from the provincial Department of Health, the patients are being treated at Nghi Loc General Hospital and various hospitals in Vinh City.
All the affected workers are experiencing symptoms including headaches, nausea, a flushed sensation in the face, and in some cases, chest tightness, red patches, and rashes on the skin around the face, neck, and arms.
Following the emergency treatment, their conditions have stabilised.
The cause of the incident is now under investigation.
