Under the decision of the Lam Dong People’s Committee, buses with more than 29 seats are banned from running on the section of Tran Quoc Toan Street around Xuan Huong Lake, except for the stretch from the Yersin - Tran Quoc Toan intersection to the Tran Nhan Tong - Tran Quoc Toan intersection. The restriction is applied from 5 am to 11 pm every day.

The committee has permitted electric vehicles used for transportation business, including taxis and contract cars with less than 9 seats, to park and pick up or drop off passengers at free public parking spots along Tran Quoc Toan Street during the Flower Festival.
Dalat City Tour Co., Ltd. and Tinh An Tourism Investment and Development Co., Ltd. have been allowed to use a total of 30 electric vehicles to transport tourists around Xuan Huong Lake. These vehicles can stop and pick up or drop off passengers at designated points.
Trucks weighing over 20 tonnes, carrying minerals, construction materials, soil, and rocks, are banned from travelling on Bao Loc Pass in both directions from Da Huoai District to Bao Loc City and vice versa between 9 am and 9 pm. on December 4, and from 9 am to 3 pm on December 5.
