Hanoi launches hop on-hop off city tours on May 30

The tours were launched on May 30 morning on the double-decker buses, taking tourists through 25 streets, 13 stops and 30 beauty spots in the city.

According to the tours' operator, Hanoi Transport and Services Corporation (Transerco), tourists can easily schedule and explore Hanoi in their own ways. The bus will run every 30 minutes, from 9 am to 6 pm every day.

According to Transerco, they have received three buses with capacity of 80 passengers each.

"The buses meet the European emission standards," the company said. "There are also free wifi, USB chargers and fridges on the bus. Tourists can choose to listen to music or history which is available in several languages while being on the bus."

First foreign tourists join in the tour

From Monday to Friday, the buses run through: Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Bus stop at the Hoan Kiem Lake)- Le Thai To- Trang Thi - Dien Bien Phu- Doc Lap - Hoang Van Thu- Hung Vuong - Thanh Nien - Yen Phu - Thanh Nien - Hung Vuong - Phan Dinh Phung - Hoang Dieu - Le Hong Phong - Hung Vuong - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam - Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Cua Nam Phan Boi Chau - Ly Thuong Kiet - Phan Chu Trinh - Hai Ba Trung - Le Thanh Tong - Trang Tien - Dinh Tien Hoang - Hoan Kiem Lake Bus Stop.
