Two cruise ships bring 1,200 foreign travelers to Ha Long

This comes as Ha Long city received as many as 900 tourists from Europe and the United States on German-flagged Viking Orion ship.

The group visited the UNESCO-recognised World Natural Heritage site of Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, and Ninh Binh province.

Moving forward, the cruise ship is scheduled to leave the port on October 28 before continuing its journey to Thua Thien-Hue province.

The same day also saw the international cruise ship Sliver Muse of the Bahamas dock at Hon Gai international port. Around 300 European tourists then toured Ha Long Bay and Cai Bau pagoda before departing the city in the evening of October 27.

Also, on October 27 the administration of Quang Ninh province received a famtrip delegation from India, including a total of 19 Indian travel firms who plan to build tours specifically for Indian tourists to visit the locality.

So far, Quang Ninh has welcomed many cruise ships, including vessels carrying more than 1,000 passengers each that have returned twice.
