The event will be held as part of a series of more than 40 international trade exhibitions on the F&B, restaurant, and accommodation industry globally organised by Informa Markets.
Most notably, the number of registered businesses has increased by 22% so far compared to the 2023 edition, of whom the number of international exhibitors account for 70%, up 5% compared to the previous edition.
On display at the fair will be a wide range of F&B products, bread, cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee, wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverages.
Hotel equipment, food and packaging technologies, as well as other related industrial services, will be showcased at the fair.
Moreover, the third Hanoi Talent Chef Competition 2025, the Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC), and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) will all be held as part of the event.
In particular, the "Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025" award ceremony will take place, promising to capture great attention from the culinary community.
A number of seminars will be also organised to provide visitors with the latest trends in the F&B sphere and to focus on themes of optimising operating costs in hotels, applying artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience, developing new food and beverage (F&B) models, as well as presenting green and sustainable growth trends for the F&B industry.
