The incident happened at around 11:22 am this morning, June 17, at a restaurant located on the 10th floor of Shining Central Hotel in Ly Thai To Street in Hoan Kiem District.

Around 20 local police and two fire engines were sent to the site. Luckily, no one was injured.
Two foreigners were rescued.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
