The place where the accident happened
The accident occurred at 2.15 am in Phan Rang-Thap Cham City.Shkundenkov Maxim and his wife, Shkileva Evgeniya, were both born in 1990 and entered Vietnam on March 28. Maxim was carrying his wife on a motorbike and arrived at the roundabout that connects Yen Ninh and 16 April streets at night.
Maxim suddenly crashed into the roundabout and to the lamp post before both he and his wife fell onto the street.
According to the Ninh Thuan General Hospital, even though the couple was transferred to the hospital quickly, they couldn't save Maxim. He died at 8 am. His wife is still being treated at the hospital.

The provincial authorities are examining the scene and carrying out autopsy to find the cause of the accident. Reports have also been filed with Ninh Thuan People's Committee and the information passed on to the Russian Embassy in Vietnam.
