Vietnamese-American beauty Pham Thuy Vy Victoria, first runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010, was chosen to represent Vietnam at the Miss World beauty pageant 2011 in London in November.

Thuy Vy, 21, is 1.71 meters high, 47 kg and her vital statistics are 83-60-88. Apart from the title of first runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010, Vy was also crowned as Miss Asia in California in 2009.
The stunner has such a beautiful face and radiant smile.
She is one of the favorites for Miss World thanks to her fluent English and excellent education background - she studied at Berkeley University in California.
This year the beauty pageant celebrates its 60th anniversary in London where the first contest took place in 1951.
In the official website of Miss World 2011, the organizing committee announced that this year’s contest has attracted around 120 participants.
There are also new features and innovations at the contest. Specifically, during the contest there are four mobile cameras installed in contestants’ rooms at five-star hotels to capture their lively daily activities.
The organisers will make public the qualification marks of all the contestants on the Internet. In the crowning night, each contestant’s scores will be displayed on a big board during their performances. The judging panel will also reveal their favorite beauties.
The coronation will be held on November 6.
