Domestic retail fuel prices in Vietnam dropped from 3 pm today, February 8, following an adjustment jointly decided by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.
The price of biofuel E5 RON92 decreased VND790 to VND22,120 per litre, while RON95 fell by VND900 to VND23,260 per litre.
Diesel oil prices declined by VND290 to VND20,700 per litre. Kerosene prices fell by VND340 to VND20,580 per litre, while mazut oil price dropped by VND490 to VND15,590 per kilo.
In this adjustment, the two ministries decided to use the petrol price stabilisation fund for mazut oil, at VND300 per kilogramme.
Since the beginning of the year, petroleum prices have been adjusted five times, including two decreases and three increases.
