The northern region of Vietnam has been forecasted to see a light cold spell
The cold weather would affect northern mountainous areas first and then spread to other localities in the north tomorrow.
On April 8 and 9, the northern and northern central regions would see rain and strong wind with hail and thunder.
Hanoi will also be hit by this weather.
