According to the Southern Region Hydro-Meteorological Centre, HCM City would have widespread heat in the first ten days of April. Many areas would suffer temperatures of more than 38 degrees centigrade.

The city would continue to face hot weather, with some light rains in the next ten days.
In the last 10 days of the month, several areas would be hit by downpours and strong winds. Local people have been warned of hailstones and whirlwinds.
The average temperature in the city in April would be 1-1.5 degrees centigrade higher than during the same period in previous years.
HCM City’s total rainfall in April would be lower than in many years.
