Hanoi Metro said both the Cat Linh–Ha Dong and Nhon–Hanoi Station lines will run under an extended schedule. On August 30, trains will operate from 4.30 am to 10 pm, every six minutes during peak hours and every 10 minutes at other times.
Services will pause briefly from 3.10 am to 4.30 am for maintenance before resuming. From midnight on August 30 until the end of September 2, all metro stations will offer free rides.
To meet passenger needs, the company has installed 15 mobile toilets near Cat Linh Station and four more near Cau Giay Station.
Passengers are advised to follow staff instructions, queue in order and avoid pushing on platforms and trains. Hanoi Metro urged commuters to check its official fanpage for updates and to plan travel before, during and after major events.
