The 126 best photos entered in the first Hanoi Artistic Photo Festival earlier this month are now on show at an exhibition in Hanoi.
The festival, launched in March by the Hanoi Art Photo Association and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, attracted 746 entries from 138 photographers on the theme “Hanoi – Renovation, Development and Integration.”
The organizers gave away gave three silver and three bronze medals and five consolation prizes.
The silvers were awarded to “Hanoi Feeling” by Nguyen Xuan Chinh, “Singing about 1000-year-old Thang Long” by Pham Huy Khang, and “Grandfather and Grandchild” by Hoang Ngoc Thach.
The bronze medals went to “Ceramic Road” by Nguyen Duc Can, “Spring Sunlight” by Nguyen Quang Tuan, and “Calligrapher’s street” by Nguyen Xuan Chinh.
The exhibition, on at the Trang Tien Exhibition House, 45 Trang Tien Street, will run until June 23.
