When they reached the hotel, Hai charged the South Korean guest USD92.55 for a trip of around 5 kilometres, 10 times higher than usual. She then reported the case to the Danang Department of Tourism’s Customer Support Centre.

At the police station, he admitted what he had done.

The Danang Department of Tourism’s Customer Supporting Centre then helped to return the money to the South Korean tourist.
