Dak Lak industrial development plan approved

PM Pham Minh Chinh has approved the planning of the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak by 2030 and a vision until 2050, including the construction of several industrial parks and complexes.

Dak Lak will consider setting up Dak Rue Economic Border Gate in Ea Sup District which is adjacent to Cambodia and industrial parks in M’Drak, Ea Kar and Ea H’leo districts with a total area of 1,200 hectares.

The province will focus on developing Hoa Phu Industrial Park in Buon Ma Thuot City, and Phu Xuan Industrial Park in Cu Mgar District.

As many as 26 industrial complexes will also be built in Buon Ma Thuot City and the districts of Ea Kar, M’Drak, Krong Buk, Krong Bong, Lak and Ea H’leo.

The prime minister has also instructed Dak Lak to prioritise the licensing of high-tech and environmentally friendly projects.
