Artisans and renowned chefs will showcase more than 500 traditional cakes from various localities in the northern, central and southern regions of Vietnam, including many well-known ones such as Banh Chung (square sticky rice cake), Banh Tet (cylindrical sticky rice cake), and Banh Khoai (Hue-style savoury pancake).

At the festival, visitors will have the chance to enjoy performances showcasing the art of cake-making and can take part in steps to make their cakes.

The organisers will hold a workshop about Vietnamese traditional cakes, attracting artisans, chefs, and businesses in the cake industry, as well as representatives from restaurants, hotels and tourism firms. The participants will share their experiences in developing the traditional cake market.
