Bridge linking Binh Duong and Dong Nai inaugurated
A bridge linking the southern provinces of Binh Duong and Dong Nai was inaugurated this morning, September 23.
The Bach Dang 2 Bridge cost VND500 billion (USD20,408) funded from the budget of Dong Nai and Binh Duong.

The bridge across Dong Nai River connects Binh Duong’s Tan Uyen City and Dong Nai’s Vinh Cuu District. It is three kilometres long and has four lanes.
Work on the bridge started in late 2021 when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out.
The project is among the key traffic projects to boost connectivity in the country’s southeastern region and crucial infrastructure facilities, including the under-construction Long Thanh International Airport and the Cai Mep-Thi Vai deep-water port.
Le Thi Linh, a resident from Tan Uyen City, said that the bridge helped shorten time for her to take her farm produce to Bien Hoa City.
