Vietnamese leaders extend condolences over death of Pope Francis

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on April 21 extended a message of condolences to Secretary of State of the Vatican Cardinal Pietro Parolin over the death of Pope Francis.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son sent a message of condolences to the Vatican's Secretary for Relations with States and International Organisations Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher.
