Vietnamese and Taiwanese universities boost cooperation

Hue University will coordinate with Taiwanese Meiho University to enroll students specialising in finance and information management in September.

Hue University will coordinate with Taiwanese Meiho University to enroll students specializing in finance and information management in September.

The training programme will last four years, two years at Hue University and two years at Meiho University.

After finishing the programme, students will be granted BA certificates by Meiho University.

Professor Shan Da Liu, Director of Meiho University and Association Professor Nguyen Van Toan, Director of Hue University have discussed issues related to enrollment, training programme, finance and supporting conditions for lecturers from both universities.

The two universities signed a cooperative agreement on February 22, 2011. Since then, the two sides have exchanged lecturers and students and actively cooperated in the fields of mutual concern.

Two other subjects of convalesce and biotechnology will be carried out in 2012.
