Rescue forces search for the missing children in the stream in Vinh Ha Commune, Quang Tri Province on March 26. Two have been found dead in the stream.
The Vinh Ha Commune People's Committee announced on Thursday morning that two teenagers were found dead in a local stream late Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report from the committee, a group of ninth-grade students went to swim at a stream at 5 pm on March 26. Two of them were then swept away by a strong current.
Rescue forces found the bodies of the two students at 7 pm the same day.
Also on March 26, a fourth-grade student drowned while swimming at a stream in Dong Ha City.
