A man who has been identified as a suspect in the killing of a 61-year old grandmother and her three grandchildren in the northern province of Quang Ninh has been arrested.
Doan Trung Dung was arrested at around 9pm on September 26 while in Thuy Nguyen District, Haiphong City.

Nguyen Van Doc, Party Secretary of Quang Ninh Province, also said that provincial authorities also granted VND200 million to the police as a bonus for their efforts.
In the initial statements, Dung said that on September 24 evening, he broke into Nguyen Thi Hat's house for stealing. Being detected by Hat, he killed her and her three grandchildren aged 9, 8 and 3, at their house last weekend.
Dung, 45, is Hat’s grandson-in-law. His has two previous criminal convictions and now is a drug user.
