According to the decision of the ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance, from 3 pm today, June 12, the retail prices of RON92 and biofuel RON95 were raised by VND988 and VND955 per litre to VND13,390 and VND14,080 per litre respectively.

The retail prices of oil and petrol in Vietnam have been increased for a third consecutive time after the Covid-19 pandemic
While diesel, kerosene and mazut prices increased by VND766 and VND853 per litre and VND830 per kilo to VND11,515 per litre; VND9,610 per litre and VND10,322 per kilo respectively.
The ministries have also agreed to to use VND100 from the Petroleum Price Stabilisation Fund for per litre of RON92 and the figure is VND200 for RON95; VND800 for diesel, VND400 for kerosene and VND100 for each kilo of mazut.
The most recent price hike of petroleum products was on May 28.
Earlier, fuel prices were cut eight consecutive times due to lower demand during the Covid-19 pandemic.
